Important compatibility & pricing notes

  • Your existing system and devices are functioning properly
  • The system supports a cellular communicator. To add remote access features, some systems may require upgrading the communicator to an Alarm.com–compatible device.
  • Your previous monitoring company has unlocked the cellular communicator. Some providers place a lock on the cellular device that prevents other companies from using it for a set period of time, often up to one year.
